Refund policy

Due to the nature of the made on demand services provided, all sales are final, with the exception being if and only if, 

• You did not receive the item you ordered
• You received the incorrect item
• The item is defective in a print related way

Please note that once receiving your item you have 24 hours after delivery to make a claim. After 24 hours, the order is marked as complete.
