Shipping policy

Please make sure your address is correct, including apartment number. We are not responsible for orders that are returned / lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned, there will be a fee to reship it. Please note our refund policy on any and all returns.

If you notice an error with your order, please notify us within 24 hours after purchasing as orders go into production quickly, once they enter production, details such as color, size or change of address cannot be altered.

If you've been sent tracking and your package has gone missing or hasn't been delivered, please let us know immediately!
